This holiday season, please consider sharing the gift of reading with children in your community. There are several ways you can give to support Arkansas’ Imagination Library!

Donate

Arkansas Imagination Library is free to participating families, but there is still a cost associated with the program.  The cost of each book is $2.60, and is evenly split each month between Arkansas Imagination Library and the Local Program Partner in your community, ensuring families do not have to pay to participate.

A $31 gift covers the cost of one child’s books for a year – 12 books total!
A $62 gift covers the cost of two children’s books for a year – 24 books!
A $93 gift covers the cost of three children’s books for a year – 36 books!

Donations can be made at ArkansasImaginationLibrary.org/give and can be designated to a specific county to support tha mailing of books withing the community.

Volunteer

Support your Local Program Partner in your community by volunteering. Each county has a Local Program Partner (a nonprofit organization) who serves as the local representative for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Local partners represent the program at community events, build relationships, and fundraise to cover the cost of the program locally.
Reach out to your Local Program Partner and ask how you can support their efforts!
